Sublimation tips for printing on blank sequin hat :

Most sublimation fabrics items are handmade and sizing may vary. Please check size of each item for any variation while creating the sub design.

Use lint roller to clean the print area before pre press to remove any loose fibers. We found the best results are achieved using a soft press pillow pad under the ties so that the sublimation area gets most contact with the press and edges.

Temperature and time depends on Ink and paper, These pillowcases are sublimated best at 400 f for 60-80 seconds. We recommend Medium-Pressure for logos with no bleed and medium-high pressure for artwork with full bleed. Make sure no wrinkles when pre pressing, spread out the fabrics or tape down if any and pre press again. Place your print on the sublimation blank sequin hat. Always design and cut the sub paper so it is bigger then hat front sublimation area.
